Short iteration loops to validate value against real data before investing in scale. 3. Construct — Scale to a robust system and continuous operations. Once the MVP is validated, we build out the production platform with observability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Matías Adauy — Co-founder & CTO. Coding since age 12. By 15 he was shipping production systems for enterprises.
